See It
Our community has high teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection rates, as well as a lot of hate and misconceptions about people of various sexual orientations.
Believe It
Project TRUST (teaching responsibility and understanding of sexuality and teen development)is a group of teen peer educators certified to educate on issues relating to sex and sexuality. We help our community through, presentations, teen clinics (clinics where teens can come to ask questions and get reproductive health care) and events. We have done events such as a breaking of the silence open mic night for the day of silence, and a peace prom, a prom that is open to all orientations. We do our best to educate people in order to lower the pregnancy and STI rates in our area.
Build It
1. We will continue to run teen clinic
2. Do as many presentations as financially possible.
3. Continue to do events that create peace and give people a place to be themselves.
We have helped lower the teen pregnancy rates but they are still high and we have reached over 1500 people through education. We have also reached a total of 70 or more people at each event we have hosted.
How Can Others Get Involved?
Get educated about reproductive health and spread the knowledge.

This seems cool. Have you had much pushback? how do you get around crazy people who say that abstinence is the only thing we should talk about?
well my name is jessic im 19 i whould to help u out with this ok and i hope u can help me my project is call teen preganacy is not cute ok hope to hear from u
We have had tons of push back. We get around abstinence only people by:
1. covering abstinence in our presentations and mentioning it as the best choice but still covering all choices.
2. The research shows comprehensive sex ed is more effective, stats are on our side.
Let me know how to help you and I will see what i can do for you.
