The Problem
Millions of children are homeless each year, and are exposed to more stress than children with homes.
The Solution
Stress during childhood is especially harmful, but breathing in and out slowly has been shown to reduce it. Blowing bubbles is a fun way for kids to practice this!
During the summer, make a bubble blowing kit from items around your home and deliver it to a local family shelter.
