The Problem
Girls ages 12 to 18 are more likely to experience verbal bullying than boys. Not grool!
The Solution
Compliments really matter. Emphasizing positive behavior though compliments contributes to a happy and positive school environment, which can reduce girl-on-girl attacks.
Remember Cady Heron's Spring Fling speech in "Mean Girls"? Do that! Write compliments on paper tiaras and distribute them to your classmates.
