Engage and Connect with Others

Crate content and storytelling that highlights the issues that affect your generation.

At DoSomething, we believe you are what you do.

That does not mean you need to lead a national movement or have thousands of followers. It means the choices you make, the issues you care about, and the ways you show up for others tell a powerful story about who you are.

This program is designed for emerging young adult leaders. We are selecting four people for our inaugural DoCrew. DoCrew members will create social content for DoSomething channels, sharing their perspectives, highlighting the issues that affect their generation, and helping other young people discover ways to take action. If you're selected as a finalist, you may be invited to a virtual interview before the final four DoCrew members are chosen.

So, we want to know: What do you do? And what could you inspire others to do?

DoCrew is a paid program and opportunity for emerging young adult leaders who want to use their voice to help inspire action. As a DoCrew member, you'll represent a cause you care about, create content for DoSomething's social channels, share your perspective, and help other young people discover ways to make an impact.

Over the course of the year, you'll work alongside the DoSomething team, build storytelling and media skills, connect with other changemakers, and help show what youth leadership looks like in real life.
