Become an Environmental Leader
Get others to join your cleanup efforts and take action to keep your streets, parks, and waterways clean.
Trash doesn't belong in your neighborhood, and you can Do Something about it. Organize a Street Sweep and rally your friends, classmates, or community to clean up the places you care about.
Whether it's a few blocks, a local park, or a stretch of waterway, every piece of trash you pick up makes a real difference. Plus, it's a great way to bring people together around a shared goal.
Here's how it works:
- Pick a location: a street, park, or waterway that needs some love
- Set a date and time that works for you
- Register your event here
- Invite others to join your cleanup crew
- Your event will be featured on our Street Sweep cleanup map, where others can join
Ready to lead the charge? Register your Street Sweep now and start making your community cleaner, one trash bag at a time.
By leading a cleanup in your community, you’ll receive 10 volunteer credit hours, and will be eligible to earn a $1,000 scholarship (for AZ, CA, CO + TX members).
