Support more culturally competent curriculum in schools and fight back against forms of censorship that limit free expression such as book bans.
Increase the accessibility of STEM education and growing industries where women and communities of color continue to be underrepresented.
Confront colorism and disrupt forms of systemic racism that continue to oppress all of us.
Tear down the gender pay gap, end gender-based violence and create more inclusive spaces for women and the LGBTQIA+ community.

WHAT WE'RE DOING
Art of Democracy
We are hosting events in New York, Wisconsin and Texas to support young people in using their civic voice to share what they want to see change and equipping them with the tools to do something to create a more just, equitable future in their community.
Civic Fellows
Each year we support a new cohort of emerging civic leaders with grants and mentorship to help them scale an existing impact initiative they have successfully created in their community.
TAKE ACTION
Collect and donate food items to your local food bank.
Collect unopened packages of period products and donate them to a local homeless shelter.
Share a story about what matters to you and your community. Ensure that your voice is heard ahead of the 2024 election.
We need mental wellness for all
The Art of Democracy educates and equips the next generation of young voters with the skills to share their civic story and become a force for change in and out of the voting booth.
Ahead of the 2024 election, we are building a National Youth Agenda that reflects the issues you want to see candidates do something about.
