Confront colorism and disrupt forms of systemic racism that continue to oppress all of us.
Tear down the gender pay gap, end gender-based violence and create more inclusive spaces for women and the LGBTQIA+ community.

of 18-24 year olds are dissatisfied with how the political system is functioning in the U.S.
of young people intend to vote in the 2024 general election, significantly lower than the nationwide baseline of 68%.
WHAT WE'RE DOING
Art of Democracy
We are hosting events in New York, Wisconsin and Texas to support young people in using their civic voice to share what they want to see change and equipping them with the tools to do something to create a more just, equitable future in their community.
Civic Fellows
Each year we support a new cohort of emerging civic leaders with grants and mentorship to help them scale an existing impact initiative they have successfully created in their community.
